Caroline Isern leads the Latino Focus initiative at New American Funding. Through Latino Focus, the company identifies and addresses the challenges of Hispanic consumers in their pursuit of homeownership and to enhance the quality of their lending experience. Utilizing education and awareness, Latino Focus works to cohesively enhance the quality of the lending experience to Hispanic consumers, aiming to lift the community and build generational wealth through homeownership. Caroline has 19 years of experience in the financial and real estate industry, nine of these executing award-winning multicultural and affordable lending, risk regulation and compliance, and relationship management strategies in residential lending implementing programs in the following areas: community development, affordable lending, consumer education, project management, and multicultural market expertise.
